Send the use, size, postcode and a photo of the ground. The price comes back in 24 hours. Guide price bands are not published.
03 // Where are the buildings fabricated?+
The frame is hot-rolled EXC2 steel, detailed and cut at Unit 2B, Eastfield Industrial Estate, Penicuik. The programme covers the site as well as the workshop.
04 // How is the job paid?+
In stages on the one contract: after the price is accepted, then slab, frame, envelope and handover. There is no separate contractor to appoint for the concrete.
